Every PIP code held anywhere — dm+d, the ApoMed pack reference, and the AAH and PHD price files. A numeric entry matches PIP codes by prefix; anything else matches the product description or the supplier name. Supplier comes from dm+d where a dm+d pack exists and from ApoMed otherwise; the 8,071 PIPs known only from a wholesaler price file have no supplier recorded anywhere. Packs with no dm+d entry, including virtual generics and Alliance Specials, appear here and nowhere else in the application.
